You didn't mention it or my attention span really sucks, but that vein you cut off with the heal of your palm is in your neck, isn't it? Yeah, I do that and it helps.
That bump in the back of the neck/back -- you know, at the base -- if I push it in with as much strength as I can muster up it helps sometimes. Sorry it doesn't you.
