Laurent is stating that he wishes to start a french language CH site. He is from Belgium and as found www.clusterheadaches.com most useful even if he himself has a limited knowledge of English.
My reply to him is that being a webmaster like DJ is not an easy task but also that the need for such a site for the worldwide french speaking community would be very helpful indeed.
