It seems it was a false alarm about morphine and clusters.
My sister is recovering well, but of course it takes its time for a 10 inch cut in the belly and a and a cut gut to grow together again. In fact, the nurses complain constantly that my sister doesn't push the morphine injector button often enough, but it seems clusterheads have a higher pain tolerance.
Of course, the staff of the surgical department didn't have the slightest idea about CH, but they got some education about it now, and they promised to seek help from the neurological dept. in case of an attack.
