During the first month after finding the CH Board I was having so many daily attacks I went to the V.A. and they prescribed morphine to knock me out for a few hours. I got 5ea ---30mg pills
I took 3 the first night and it put me out for 5 or 6 hours and then I took 1 each night for the next 2 nights, didn't cause me to have any more attacks than I was already having and actuall allowed my body to get some much needed rest, I don't advocate using pain meds but as a one time abortive attempt it was OK! This is the only pain medication that has been in my system in 10 years and the mental problems I suffer to this day because I gave in and used them after so long of being drug free is still haunting me!
