I used capsacian cream on my temple and back of
my neck and thought I took the skin off.I stuck
my head under the faucet to wash it off and it
made it even worse. Of course I figured more would
be better and I really really ( I sound like Drummer now) rubbed it in. That stuff is powerful!
the next morning I woke up with my face on fire
since it had rubbed off on my pillowcase.I'm too
afraid now to try in inside my nose. Be careful!
