When it comes to CHs, chronic or episodic, none of us are cry babies. I'm chronic but I assure you, it grieves me greatly to think of any person having just one of these. I never feel like my pain is worse than someone who is episodic and do whatever I can to support, validate and encourage people through a cycle. I hate the beast and what it does to people, nobody deserves even one of these things. Your pain is just as real and valid as those of us who are chronic. Keep fighting, keep hoping, and keep your sense of humor. I find we CHs need it a lot.
