He's taking 200 and we have the yeast connection handbook as well as two different cookbooks for anti-yeast diets. He's trying to stick to the diet as much as possible. What we've discovered with the diet, after re-introducing foods, is that several foods will set him off, including chocolate, which he adores, and cheese, which really likes.
