In my own situation Maxalt works 100% of the time in 15 minutes. No rebound headache. As soon as you feel it comming take it. I have given out this message many times on this board but people don't listen. Everyone is different but you would have to be fool not to try it. There are also other drugs on the market that work. I had no luck with Imitrex. As far as I am concerned Maxalt is the answere. Keep trying drugs until you find one that works. You know O2 works but you get a rebound headach and you can't have it with you all of the time. Good luck
