I purchased a single full spectrum bulb (100watt)
at an art supply store for under $10. I put it
in an inexpensive "reflector" (the kind with a
clip on the end that people might hang in their
garage or closet if they need extra light). I
screwed the bulb into the reflector, and then Iclip
this whole thing onto my computer table. Whenever
I work at my computer, I turn on the bulb and let
the light "bathe" my face...my own little light
treatment during the darkness of the winters of
the Pacific Northwest! This is a much cheaper
alternative than those PRICEY light boxes which
sell for $300 or more. I haven't had a cluster
headache in the past 2 years-and am hoping that
this might be the "magic cure" for me!
