I noticed the same bullshit. Isn't physiological and biological the same thing? Now, be careful. The article says that this genius (I won't call anyone an idiot except myself because that would be rude) also sat down with some patients too.
Perhaps the doctor noticed some body language or something. Like maybe the patients just looked really, really sad. Or maybe the doctor had bad breath and the patients were merely looking melancholy.
I can assure you that no one interviewed me.
I'm happy. I have chronic cluster headaches. I don't like chronic cluster headaches, but I'm happy.
