Good picture. And a good point made. Some of us who don't try to lie down to sleep between the nightly attacks seem to fare a little better than some,it seems.
During a cycle I read in my recliner until I fall asleep. There are 2 reasons for this. 1. The back of my head is so sensitive to the pain that even the pressure of a pillow can be intolerable. It stays sore there low down on the right side. If I press on it I am almost guaranteed an attack. 2. If the beast comes stalking I am close to the kitchen, my hair dryer, hot coffee, Imitrex, etc.
Hope tonight is better than just tolerable and tomorrow a whole lot better.
