it's correct to say nothing is known about the workings of the CNS. For example, check out any of BobP's many postings regarding seratonin, etc.

Clearly, not enough is yet known, particularly (from our perspective) with regard to primary headaches.

Recently, a poster commented that the frequent use of racy language here might 'turn off' the very medical professionals we hope to attract. I stayed out of that discussion, because I'm not sure which side of the debate I support.

I will, however, suggest that the frequent 'doctor-bashing' is probably far more offensive than some off-color language to those medical professionals we hope to gain support from.
