and this is what I think.
I am a bit of a moron so feel free to discount what I offer ( you usually do ).
The very first med I ever took was Elavil in the fall of 1983. Prescribed at a headache clinic by a Dr. who said that Elavil worked in a unique sort of way. It worked by interrupting the cycle. Those were the words he used. I swear. It worked that way for me.
I tried it again in 1985 and it had no effect.
Chronics need to interrupt and break their cycle. They need to work at a deeper level than episodics who can cope and deal with their cycle by using things that work at maybe a vascular level like verapamil.
So I am really thrilled that our friend has broken his cycle.
Why don't you break your freaking cycle too.
Take a lot of Elavil and set your circadian clock to what it was 16.3 years ago.
I am sure you have already emailed him to get more info.
I probably don't know what I am talking about but maybe I do.
If I were you, and thank God I am not, I would even try taking Elavil every once and awhile ( if it doesn't work that first time, although it might ) to try again to break the cycle.
