I take lithium everyday. 300mg 2x. Itried a higher dose but it blasted me out of my skull. I was living in a nether world. It does't stop my clusters, but makes them less frequent. I used to have five or six a day when I was in the cycle. Now it is two or three. Reduced by half. Dr's don't like to perscribe it because it is an extremely powerful anti-depressant. How lucky can we get
