cluster headache book=waste of time,, or Carl, are you there?

I bought the book cluster Headaches by Michael Goldstein.I have to say I think it is the most bogus waste of time and money I 've ever seen. he way it is put together is so ameuturish and incoherent. There is so much more valuable information is one days posting on our board, Having done some writing myself, I think between Carl and I we could really write something of value and quality......just my opinion......feeling feisty today.....Are you hearing this, Carl?
