Yeah, I know this kind of headache occurs in "clusters" and was so named, I accepted this when I first heard the term, but felt stupid telling people I had cluster headaches, this term never revealed the meaning nor the pain of this type of headache, why can't they just call them head rippers? Maybe you can come up with a more descriptive name for these head rippers.
