If you are as unfortunate as many of us, the diagnosis took forever, and finding something that works at least some of the time takes even longer. I suffered thru 10 years of being told to lessen the stress in my life, give up caffeine and get more sleep as it was all in my head!!!! Anyway welcome to the club, there is more info on this site then exists in any doctors office anywhere! Good luck
