"Dr.Sensenig" is probably a fake name being used to scam folks out of their money. E-mail address lists are a dime a dozen, bought and sold just like your home address, phone or Social Security number. Computers are programmed to just go through the alphabet making combinations of letters and sending e-mails to those combinations. I get mail for Viagra or Rogaine almost every day. But hey, I'm only 53 and am a long way from needing either one. (Knock on wood).
But remember, this is America and everybody needs to make a buck. If we fall for an unsolicited offer and don't research it before sending in our money, who's at fault, the scammer or the scammee?
