Folks:
After reading through all the material and figuring out that I am suffering from my first cycle of CHs, I am wondering how to approach the first meeting with my GP. I saw him last week, and he told me that I might have CH's. He perscribed Motrin (which does nothing for me) and gave me a sample packet of Zomig (for migraines) in case I still had the pain. He wants to start me with the easier stuff, and then see if they get any response.
If you were to do it all again, what would you suggest I start with? The diflucan/candida results look promising, but I'm assuming that those of us who frequent this message board represent a somewhat skewed sample (i.e. most of us didn't respond to meds that others responded to). Or perhaps I'm just (foolishly) assuming that the CH's *will* go away with the "right" perscription.
Any suggestions? I'm new at this awful game.
