was enclosed a copy of a letter from my health insurance carrier stating that my son was no longer insurable due to his Crohn's which was the reason I applied in the first place, same carrier for 20 years, they would only cover him for one year after this disease was diagnosed, then dumped him off the policy, he was rejected by his medical records the first time, as Pres. Eisenhower had Crohn's, but only a minor case and sometimes it goes away, wish we were that lucky, as my son was seeing six different doctors, got six different letters, then he was approved right away, not every medical facility takes medicade patients as SSI pays at their rates, and every year you have to send in your financial statement for review plus an update on your medical history, have no idea how drug addicts and alcoholics get by, some attorneys specialize in filling out the forms, very important to be honest, big brother is always looking over your shoulder, my son can't wait to get well and get off of it, I feel that private insurance carriers are a new form of white collar crime, you should see some of the million dollar plus homes these guys live in, after I got my small accident claim, had to wait a month to get my check, my insurance carrier had to be paid off first, and the guy in charge was touring Europe.
