Are you a Nicholas or is Nick just a "Nick" name.
I never had a CH triggered via tobacco smoke, but in the USA is getting more and more difficult to find high concenstrations of tobacco smoke, not that I am looking for it. WD-40 is somewhat deadly, even to a non-CHer, petroleum distillates, propane propellant, and highly inflamable. I use the stuff where my oil can won't reach, but take a deep breathe first and use my left hand to close my nose and cup my mouth while spraying at arms's length with my right, never use in the house. After the vapors clear, it's harmless to me. I like peanuts, peanut butter, I never really stuffed myself, in particular when I eat that bag you get on the airlines, think I counted 2.5 peanuts in my bag. Not sure why chemically it would be a trigger, I guess with all other varibles being constant, if you eat peanuts and get a CH, but don't get a CH by not eating peanuts under the same identical circumstances, it must be a trigger for you. Takes a long time to identify triggers, and I think we all are different in this respect.
