This is a motion sickness treatment that produces sleep as a side effect, but does not allow the user to get into the REM phase of sleep. It has helped a few people here, some it has not. I hope you are one of the lucky ones.
It has made an amazing difference for my husband and by using Gravol (the Canadian equivalent to Dramamine) in his last cycle, he was only awoken ONCE with an attack, the whole duration of the cycle.
He didn't complain of a grogginess but then again, I doubt he would - he was so happy to be getting ANY sleep at all!!
I have used Gravol for other reasons and I haven't noticed the groggy effect, a little sleep deprived maybe because of the lack of REM but nothing I couldn't function around.
Anyways, like I said - hope you're one of the lucky ones this works for!
