HELP

Hi, I am brand new to this site, I need help I have never experienced
a cluster headache in afternoon (until today) they usually start late into
the night. My doctor has said that they are cluster headaches. Is there
anything you can do (excluding drugs) to make the attack subside. I have
read about excerise is there anything else.
