There are a few people who have tried 5-HTP. One lady began taking it before her normal cluster was due to start. Her cluster never started. I think she was on 100mg/day. Another guy started taking it, 50mg/day, during a cluster. He went the next 4 nites without a headaches and then they returned. I have been taking 150mg/day for the past 3-4 months. I'm not in a cluster nor am I due for one. I just wanted to see what the effects were. Answer, better sleep, a subtle but noticable tranquilizer.
