I have spent many hours with my head in the freezer, and received measurable relief. See my posting HUMOR ME 11/98. I recently finished my cycle or I would give your improved method a shot. Keep me posted with results. I have concerns about freon though,I will ask my HVACR guy at work and see if he has any thoughts. I have an appt. with new Doc. on the 10th. I will run the theory by him for medical soundness.
P.S. Eat some LOBSTA for me. I vacation in Maine every year from Ohio. Love your neck of the woods better. Pain free days.
