P.S. I have it on good repute that Riccardo secretely loves having those birds expel bodily gases into his ear. It was on the verge of becoming a major Italian scandal, but just before it broke in the media, the Italian Prime Minister confessed to having had sex with an intern in his office while smoking marihuana AND inhaling! Geez, what's next? The Pope apologizing? Nah, never happen. :-)
