Murdock,
I have "rebounds" with my Imitrex shots, but usually it's only when I take them too soon into the attack. If I wait until the headache really kicks in to take them (which is a pain... literally), then the shots seem to work great. If I take them too soon, the headaches always seem to come back, and they are often much worse than the previous headache.
I'm not sure if that helps you or not, but that's been my experience. For me, it all depends on when I take them.
