I for one went into remission for 4 years. What did I
do? Stopped smoking, watched my diet, and jogged
about 5 miles/day @ 7 min/mile pace.
I stopped jogging, got back to smoking, CH again,
almost immediately.
Do you do exercise regularly? Do you smoke? Do
you suffer from High BP?
I could see small amounts of exercise causing CH, if
not accostumed to it. However, consistent, vigorous
exercise (aerobic) would increase endorphins levels, improve
circulation, vascular tone, BP and heart rate, and O2 levels
in plasma. All those factors would suggest at least better
management of CH from the sufferer side.
Just a thought.
