I'm starting to feel like I'm living one giant cluster. I'm up to 3 CHs per day and it's been the longest time I've had to experience this- a full month now. I'm taking 25mg Imitrex tablets and they seem to work (slowly though). The nasal spray did nothing for me. Does anyone worry if you are taking too much Imitrex and if suddenly that will stop being effective? I'm wondering if some of the CHs are rebound - but if they are they feel so real. Any advice?
