my husband got it from the pharmacy at walmart. and yes the 3 ml. will probably work for you(which is half the dose), it did for my hubby. walmart had to order it though. they didn't have it in stock. you also need some syringes to go with it. and yes do be careful, too much imitrex can cause heart problems.. it constricts your blood vessels. really, no more than 12mg in 24 hours so keep track of the time you take your doses
