Is that spelling correct? Anyway, some of the toothache pain relievers come in liquid form also.
I put a little in my nose, ear, mouth-along the upper gumline-and along where I imagine the trigeminal nerve paths go. Usually I'll need a little on the very top of my head and over my brow and temple. Be very careful not to get this in your eyes, however. I don't have a clogged nose with every headache, but my nose feels peculiar; that's why it gets a share of the pain reliever. Maybe this only serves as a distraciton while the headache is ongoing, but if I believe it helps there is nothing lost. Of course, I am also blowing hot air on my head at the same time.
It seems to help if I can stay busy at this self-treatment. However, with the worst headaches I mainly scream and stamp my feet.
