of putting the ice on the back of the neck, can see where the exercise would get the old heart beating and let the body purge out some of the junk, think exercise is great for treating clusters and being in top shape, but the ice in back of the neck intrigues me, will have to try that next time, hope it's not tonight, this spell is getting old.
