Thanks a million Dave, I'll try that, I have another unbelieve situation, wife abducts my minor daughter before the divorce, stays in expensive hotels with room service on my credit card, has a complete breakdown, and police take to to a mental home, I get my daugther back, she's in a state of trauma, then my adult son rush for to this mental home and try to get her released and moved to our regular facility so she can be under the care of her doctors, they refuse to let us see her or even use our police department or ambulance to move her, she later told us she requested to be moved, no contract, no admissions, they just kept her, not to mention that we had a difficult relationship due to the abduction, my daughter requested a restraining order that was granted against my wife, I nevertheless, contacted my wifes insurance and they said they would pay the bill if the mental home would submit it, I contacted the home and they refused to submit the bill, well almost three years goes by without a word, now I am being sued for $13,500.00 by this home, I think that I am winning this battle, but the administrators at the home are insane to deal with.
If that isn't enough had to borrow against one of my life insurance policies ten years ago to help pay for my medical insurance, with a Crohn's son and a bipolar wife the rates went to $1,500 per month, well the interest on that loan ate up the policy and the insurance company canceled it, sent me a IRS form 1999 with all the dividents they supposily paid, but never showed the interest they kept, this would hurt my tax liability having to show a large sum of money that I never received, I think I am winning this battle too as I threatened to take them to court.
I just paid off maintenance to my ex-wife two hours ago in one lump sum, have to settle this mental home thing, and pay for one of her attorneys, and hopefully this mess will be over with, thank God the divorce court said she had no claim on my accident settlement, but she got most to this money anyway, hopefully by next month I will be debt free and can start doing things with my children, I was awarded full custody, my neuro thinks my latest CH seige has been due to stress, I can't argue this at all, he prescibed anti-depressent pills, but I haven't taken any yet, still think those pills just add to the problem.
