But just enough to get a fit of the giggles. Spend the time pondering recent events, and you will see a funny side to them. Have a good laugh and get it all of your chest. You'll feel a lot better afterward. I look forward to taking the treatment for this very reason - it's like pressing a recent switch in you head, it wipes the tape clean again, and balances out your emotions. Just don't do this more than 1-4 times a year, it isn't the answer to everything.
