Also the Association of HVAC or whatever it's called recommends 2-3 complete air exchanges in a home and 6-12 changes in public buildings, this has long been disregarded due to the high cost of enery, ever been to a public building where all the employees are constantly yawning or in a crowed church? Excessive CO2, also a shortage of O2 that can trigger a CH when you are in the shadow phase. I have an air tight home but installed a 3" pipe from the roof where the air is much cleaner into the cold air return of my central and made my daughter spray her hair in the gargage, what I mean guy I am, propane is dangerous in that it is heavier than air and can settle in the basement near the pilot light for the hot water heater, also the HC content is a very strong irritant, I couldn't care less about any of this stuff until I started getting clusters, I am not as bad as Howard Hughs yet, but getting there.
