I should have mentioned that, myself. It has just never occurred to me that it might be helpful to anyone else. Sorry about that. During a cycle, I *always* sleep sitting up. In fact, I’ve been doing it for the past quarter-century. I’ve also been using one of those sit-up-bed-and-read-and/or-watch-TV doodads that looks like the top half of an easy chair. It works better and is more comfortable than stacking pillows. And you can still ad pillows to it, if you need to.
