If you've gone 4 weeks without a headache, by the official deffinition, you're not chronic anymore! If they ever do come back, and I hope they don't, you'll have to go a whole nother year before you can call yourself chronic again.
I think you've got them whipped. Still lots for you to do for the others here.
Whatever you do, don't feel guilty about being pain free. If anyone earned it, it's you.
