I doubt you will find out who he/she is by the IP address.
If you get the IP address from the log you will probably only
be shown the IP address that was assigned to the firewall or proxy of
the
users Internet Service Provider, unless they have a permanent connection
to the Internet and have no firewall/proxy or the user has been allocated
a permanent IP address through the IP providers domain. But all that
aside if you do manage to get the IP address you can use the following
site to trace the IP address as far back as possible. You should at least
get the country of origin.
