My clusters come usually once per year, (now) and last for about 8-10 weeks. During this time I probably average 1-2 headaches per day (somedays none, somedays 2 or 3). Normally at about 2.00 am but sometimes earlier. The headaches typically last about 1 hour. I have been luck some years and missed them altogether. (on the bright side, an enforced alcohol prohibition in the weeks leading up to Xmas and New Year probably helps my overall health and fitness).
