Thanks Elaine..I needed that!! I have been in "remission" for nearly 6 months now...with only 2-3 c/h a month ago... this is about the longest P/F time I have had in 7 years.. I still read the Message Board but got "lazy" about posting...so thanks for your note about us "missing people"..much appreciated here!! You're as sweet as ever
