That is what I call Chance(you'll see him soon on pic page).
I find humor in everything.
It is how I cope.
As to sleeping positions:
I find out a long time ago that if I sit up while trying to sleep, the attacks are not as frequent as before.
During the time of my cycle when sleep is 'bout impossible, my neck and shoulders are so sore.
I cannot imagine how chronics get through each day.
I'm glad you like my writing.
I know I can't please everyone.
I'm glad for those I do.
