I don't know what dose of prednisone you are taking tonight,in general, if you have never taken it before, it will give you a rush and you probably won't get much sleep, when I am on it, I take it in the morning, talk to your doctor about alternative medications, get your blood work and vitals taken, and I hope your search for treatment is short.
