You may. Typically, clusters come a couple times a day. Maybe about 8 or 9 pm and then again one or two in the morning. They are intense, extremely unpleasant, and last maybe 45 minutes to an hour. They call them clusters because they come in groups, lasting a month or more, and then, typically, disappear. Mine are five weeks. I say typically but after reading this site for a while you begin to reaize that "typical" doesn't make it. But your problem doesn't quite sound like a cluster.
