Well let me bore you all a little further with the latest in the on going saga of the "Clonidine Files"
Two days ago I had to call My neurologist and tell him about the ill affects I was having with the Clonidine in the new dosage. He recommended that I cut back to the original 1/2 pill in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. I skipped the dosage for last night as I was feeling pretty good. This am I took the 1/2 pill and proceded to have my morning coffee and read the paper and work the crossword puzzle. about 30 to 40 mins. later I started feeling rather shaky and began seeing white bugs shile sitting at the table with the Misses drinking our coffee. Within 10 minutes I knew I was in trouble again and I could barely sit up.
Like always my wife freaked out and wanted to call the Paramedics out again to take me into the hospital, I've been through this so often that I knew it would be an excercize in Futility so I just got into the bed and began waiting for the med to work it's way out of my system. It was 1:30pm before I felt strong enough to try to stand and I'm back in the pink now. still a little shaky but much better, I've had my BP drop completely out a few times and was afraid that was what was going to happen again, just got lucky this time and it worked out OK! I hate having the $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 Hospital bills to pay witout any real results. It's $400.00 just for the ambulance to take me the 2 miles to the hospital so,being so tight with my money I squeek when I walk! anyway it was that last thing I wanted to do and It probibly wasn't the smartest thing given what the out come could have been. I'm going to the Neuro in the am and I'm back to square One again. Still chasing the white bugs away! Sailpappy
