CH side of face goes numb, tingles, and a rush just passes across your face, no pain, and it actually does feel good even tough your face droops and you can't control facial movements,one of my bad HC sieges ended up like this and the pleasure comes in the form that the usual triggers that caused pain are now very relaxing, had an MRI due to this condition, as usual nothing showed up, it went away and was replaced by a bad twitch, Botax injections stopped that. I don't think you are crazy, well if you are, so am I.
