I also have low BP and used verapamil for several years, everytime I stood up I got the white bugs and passed out a few times, but while the ch's were somewhat under control I wouldn't trade it for the world, The verapamil quit working and even after the second and third try it no longer worked for me, I've ust started the Clonidine Therapy and I had to reduce the dosage amount yesterday as it had my pressure dangerously low and was causing all kinds of wierd things to happen to me.
You might consider this drug as it has put me from 10-15 attacks a day down to 3 or 4 and I hope it will slow them even more as time goes on.
