Hi Rich,
30 years!
That scares me somewhat, only being in my 4th year, but it also tells me it can be dealt with.
A couple of things you said hit home with me too.
For instance (I know..it's a terrible thought)the comment about people saying they get bad headaches. I know they don't understand, and how could they? But there is just a little bit of me that wants to grab my scribe out of my pouch and stick it in their temple, then grab a pipe and shove it in their eye, then beat them around the head and neck with a hammer and say
" Ever had 'em like that!" Whoa...sorry folks, guess that was my first time to let go a little, I try to always stay upbeat and strong, but it gets tough sometimes. There..thats over now back to the
good things : )
I realize that smoking is not good for me, I've already given up drinking alcohol, caffine, and a few other "bad" habits, but I too feel a cigarette relaxes me after a bad attack. And have heard that from others too.
I'm doing a little research too Rich, but have found I first have to learn all the medical junk about brain functions. I think it'll eventually be a CH sufferer who finally finds the cause, which will lead to the cure too. Like someone said in a post awhile back, there's not enough clientele in CH to warrant the research.
Got any theories, would love to hear them.
Take care and don't party to hard,
Dave
