CHs Ending? Thoughts?

I THINK that I am at the end of a particularly bad cycle (4-5 months, I lost count). I have not had a "CH", per se, for a few days; however, I do have 24 X 7 this sharp, nagging pain behind one of my eyes. This is different than some of what I have experienced in the past. Does anyone else out there have "signs" you are nearing the end of a cycle? Just curious!!!
