To be honest I am not sure because I use imitrex injections to abort every attack I have. About 2 months ago I had a problem getting the shots and had to suffer thru a couple of attacks. I didn't see any difference in the pain. It was just as intense as ever and the HA's lasted about an hour which is the norm for me. My cycles have changed drastically from what they used to be a few years ago, (they have gotten really strange) but I think it has something to do with all the imitrex I take, not the verapamil.
