Other than that I think there may be a subgroup ( Bob P among others ) who start young and do outgrow them.
As you also know, and I like to point out, ad nauseum, I do not drink or smoke and I run. Haven't had more than 2 beers since 1974 and I haven't had a cigarette since 1984 ( was a very light smoker for a few years and a binge dinker from the age of 16 to 24 ). This lifestyle stuff could all be coincidental but when I got clusters I figured I couldn't take a chance. I was also fortunate that the first literature I read said we were all very prone to heart disease and I wanted to live a long life - I am less interested in living long now that I am older but I have the same boring lifestyle. Actually I can't afford to die I have to many people dependent upon me.
